I was given the runaround for about a month while waiting for my sales tax exemption form to be approved, only to be told it isn't possible and won't be for a long time. Thankfully I found a different company that gladly accepted my business.

Order seed and mulch enough to do my 1/2 pasture more than once never arrived. I wrote to the customer service because you can not find a phone number anywhere wrote back bluegrass back ordered. Tried to responded to the customer service email and has been kicked back several times undesirable. I disputed the charge today. A month goes by no contact. Plating time will be over before they deliver a thing.

I just ordered some seed and was very happy to get a black Friday discount. They acknowledged the order and accepted my payment. They sent a seed tag and even made UPS arrangements. After 7 business days they cancelled the order claiming they were out of stock.

Worst customer service and seeds they had damaged bag that had like seeds enough to cover like not even a 500sqf had the most weeds I have ever seen like deferent kind company should be called Nature’s weeds

Very slow shipping. I paid extra for their “faster” shipping, after a week it still had not shipped, so I called and they said it must be lost and they would re-ship it, three days later it still hasn’t shipped and shipping info shows that it is regular ship not faster shipping. Not a reliable company.
