After much research, I decided to try Nature's products for a new spa. Their instructions are simple yet extensive and the owner personally responds to questions via phone — usually in no more than a day. I have found the product kit to be complete and straightforward. After prepping, all you do is drop a few drops of enzymes once a week or less and occasionally rinse filters. I have only good things to say about the company and products. They ship fast and are responsive.
Nature's Hot Tub Treatment has converted me from using chemicals. I have wanted to do this for a long time but was nervous about making the switch. They made the process very easy. I was able to talk to someone, personally, when I had a question regarding their products. And the fact that they responded w/in one day was very helpful. I WILL buy more of their products!
