The service and technique here are absolutely top-notch! I’ve been dealing with terrible neck and shoulder stiffness from sitting at a desk for long hours, so I came in for a deep tissue massage. The therapist was extremely professional and managed to pinpoint every single knot and sore spot. I felt instantly lighter and more relaxed afterward, and my posture felt completely aligned. I’m honestly shocked by how poorly my mom and I were treated here, especially on her birthday. We arrived for our appointment with a valid Groupon and showed the staff both the Groupon and the QR code, yet they still claimed they could not find our reservation. We were left sitting in the lobby for about 25 minutes while the two staff members repeatedly said they could not do anything without the owner. Bad customer service and argumentative staff!
They ruined my mom’s birthday! We came excited to take her here for a massage. We planned the day accordingly to this appointment. When we got there they couldn’t find our reservation even though I had screenshotted it on my phone. The woman working couldn’t figure out how to work the computer and couldn’t locate the reservation. They made us wait for a very long time waiting for the boss to confirm we actually had a booking.
