Unacceptable. I began by asking for a neck, shoulder, back massage only. She went to work on my legs and I asked her not to. She told me to wait and kept working. I repeatedly told her I did not want my butt massaged and she kept anyways until I practically shouted no. She later tried again to keep massaging my butt. The masseuse apologized and said she did not speak English well, but it is unacceptable to make a client feel unsafe. The massage felt painful and she told me to stop tensing…

This place is clean, peaceful, and the therapists are amazing. I left feeling refreshed and stress-free. Definitely coming back.
My experience might be a bit different but thought I'd share. Due to some medical issues, I'm experiencing very restless legs and some neuropathy in my feet. It's very distracting. I thought it was worth looking into to see if massage would help. Nina has been my therapist and I do 30 min leg massage and 30 min feet and I feel much better afterwards. Totally worth it. Talk to your therapist about your needs and make sure you customize it to what you need. Highly recommend.
