Great customer service and quality products
I stopped by the Tea Lady for the first time and let’s jus say I will be a repeated customer she is so full of Knowledge and she answers your questions and makes sure when you leave her shop you have gained everything you need to know about the teas the herbs and so much more the shop is a whole vibe itself love it and love her she is very clear at making sure you understand what each herb does for your body and point you in the right direction you need to start your journey
Ebony has really created a special space in Jacksonville. Her shop is so cozy, inviting, and clean, and she is so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The tea blend we came up with together is so delicious and Ebony was kind enough to fix me a cup of it to go because she could tell I needed it sooner rather than later. I cannot recommend Ebony, her customer service, or her products highly enough! Shop local, you’ll be glad you did!
