I was seen by Dr. Anthony Meram a couple months ago. The State of Michigan denied my application due to incorrect caregiver information. In order to reapply, a new printout of the same application is to be sent in with the denial letter. I am unable to receive that due to the office CLOSING DOWN!! They took my money and did not help me receive my medical card. When and if Dr. Anthony Meram and his employees reopen, I do NOT recommend getting scammed out of your money by such UNPROFESSIONAL people.
