An absolutely serene environment for yoga. The garage doors were open and really allowed us to connect with nature. Joyce was amazing by offering modifications to make everything accessible. I loved everything about it!
The Serenity Yoga class at 8am on Saturday morning was a beautiful way to start the day. Nikki is a caring teacher who led us to gently ground and move our energy for the start to the weekend. Highly recommended!
My favorite place in East Aurora. I’ve been going to Nature Studio for years. There are really no words to describe the energy in the yoga room: it’s an atmosphere that needs to be experienced first hand. I attend Kristie Stephen’s yoga classes. She’s a very experienced and holistic yogi, and I’ve never ever regretted taking a class with her.
