My first back massage with Cavell was both wonderful and insightful. Wonderful because she loosened the knots and kinks, and insightful because her wonderful massage loosened the back of my lungs, and the fluid build up due to my COPD also became loose, which I did not expect, so that was a bonus! Cavell is both caring and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend her.
Cavell's reflexology treatments are excellent and extremely effective! Only one treatment completely healed my frozen shoulder, I was amazed and cannot recommend Cavell and her services highly enough!
I had the most amazing massage by Cavell. After weeks of agony in what seemed like all my joints I came away floating, without any pain. I felt comfortable & safe in Cavell’s care as she did the pre treatment thoroughly. The best massage I have ever had!
Posting on behalf of my Mum,Sue,who had reflexology treatment for her 80th birthday. Cavell was very professional and knowledgeable and the reflexology made my feet feel very relaxed.However I expected to feel different in some ways but didn't. So although it was a very pleasant experience I don't think I will have it again at present.
Cavell provides a wonderfully cozy and calming environment and I really enjoyed my back, neck & shoulders massage. Cavell suggested this would suit my current needs and she was absolutely correct. I left feeling much more relaxed and can’t wait until my next appointment!
