be aware, they are a bunch of thieves. we went there last week to check how much we would b out of pocket after the private health insurance, instead of checking the lady actually charged us and told us she has cancelled the transaction. after speaking to our insurance they told we were charged, when we went back to ask, they starting pretending " no english" cant understand you....

Here we are at review update 3! Started at 5, went down to a 3 when I became disappointed in some changes, but now, a steady 4 :) I am a long time client, the staff recognise and cater well and positively and have done so from day one. The massages are always helpful and relaxing. I try to stick with the masseuses I am familiar with. There can be variation in what you get, as each person has different styles and they adjust happily to requests. Regardless of the "menu item" you pick, you essentially pay the same $/min and ar... read more
