As professional as everyone at this company is, they really made me feel like Family in my time of need!! I was able to enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner with my family worry-free knowing that my transportation was already arranged with some of the most caring, competent people I've encountered so far in the medical field! I Recommend them150%!! 12 out of 10!! WILL HIRE AGAIN!!!

Hello my name is Wendy, let me start by say it started in complete chaos!!!! UNTIL DISCHARGE DAY !!! NATURE COAST CRUISERS TO THE RESCUE WITH AN AWESOME CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH COMPLETELY COMPASSIONATE.HONEST MOST WONDERFUL DRIVER. YOU ASK ME WHY I FEEL THIS WAY? THAT ALMOST 2 HOUR DRIVE. Excellent service in every way! Driver Allen went to the nth degree, as I Immediately felt in the best of hands. At Nature Coast Cruisers, driver Allen was.100% superb. Everything went perfect from pick-up, travel, and being tucked in safely back home. You cannot go wrong with this fabulously caring non-emergency transport service. Alan from Nature Coast brought my mom home from the hospital, and realized that they didn't tell him we had stairs, my mom is immobile. Alan called his boss and Donny came to help him bring her up the stairs on the stretcher. They made sure she got up safely and in her chair. These poor guys were so out of breath,it was very hard to get her up the steps. They honestly went above their duty. Thank you gentlemen for helping my mom and me today,you were her hero today.
