Update August 26. Reduced to 2 Star. Service has become mediocre at best over past few months. With more trips being made to and fro due to defective products than for anything else. Since Original review 90% of products purchased have either been defective or unfit for purpose with the incorrect advice given during the selection period. Most times these are eventually resolved but usually with much grief and stress (not to mention the expense of repeated trips considering their location to me). Absolutely fantastic experience\! We visited this fish tank shop and were so impressed with the customer service\. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely knowledgeable, making it so easy to ask questions and get great advice\. The quality of their products is excellent, and their display tanks are absolutely **unreal**\! You can tell they really care about aquariums and providing customers with the best possible experience\. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough
A great place with a large variety of fish to choose from. There are always plenty of friendly staff on hand who are willing to help. This is definitely my go-to place for all my fish and aquascaping needs.
