The Orlando office sold us an expired protein box and it was so difficult and unpleasant dealing with the staff. We made a call to headquarters and they did try to help but the local office stated they don’t know or understand policy. Seems a lack of respect and communication between them. Would recommend ordering on line and AVOID dealing with poor customer service
