We are extremely disappointed with our experience working with Naturalar Fresh Inc. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue amicably, they have consistently ignored our requests for payment for services rendered. As a carrier, we fulfilled our obligations in good faith, but Naturalar Fresh has failed to meet theirs. This pattern of non-payment is unacceptable and unprofessional. Our experience with Naturalar has been challenging from the outset. They required us to ship as a blind shipment, which should have been an early warning sign. Unfortunately, we have not received the full payment for our services, only a fraction of what is owed. As a carrier, we strongly advise against engaging with Naturalar due to their unethical business practices.
Unfortunately our business relationship has been halted due to lack of payment on carrier services provided. Lack of response and deceptive business procedures has created for our company to file a Blue Book Claim for unpaid invoices.
