Purchased a heavy/expensive piece of furniture, and paid for delivery so that I don't damage it in my car. They jammed it in the back of a tesla, no wrapping or protection of any kind. of course, it arrived damaged. I pointed the damage out, his response was like: you bought it like this! I wanted to purchase a piece that I liked, but the sales person refused to let me take a picture of it. I am pretty sure he wanted to send me a different item rather than the one I inspected. This business seems extremely shady.

Never do business with these people. They are not honest and refuse to take action if your purchase has any issues. We purchased a piece of furniture. We checked the furniture in the store, and it had no damage. BUT, they wouldn't let us take photos of the furniture even though we paid in full. It came with damage when we received it through their delivery service. They didn't even wrap the furniture or put any kind of protection around it. Absolutely appalling experience! This business has a policy against taking photos in-store, which now makes perfect sense: it's to hide pre-existing damage on their furniture. I was about to purchase a piece when I discovered significant damage that the salesperson was actively trying to conceal. When confronted, he not only downplayed it but defensively tried to turn it around on me, claiming I was "accusing him of dishonesty." Their blatant dishonesty is a major red flag. They don't let you take any reference photos even for your purchase. Who knows if what they deliver is what you see on their floor. The emphasis on no photos all over their store is quite suspicious. Not a very polite sales person either. Revisit your "policy" if customers are giving you a 3* rating on Google. Or just be happy with what you got & keep your "policy".
