I have been a regular customer at this spa and have visited many times, which is why my last experience was so upsetting. During my last visit, as soon as I laid down and placed my face on the massage bed, I immediately noticed a very strong menthol smell, similar to Tiger Balm. Love, love, love this place. The massage is always perfect! And if I could make one request, please add tummy massages too to the full body massage package 😊 There are only three things keeping this from being a 5-star experience for me: 1.
