Alex is the most obliging and helpful young man. Also, he is a craftsman who has done a wonderful job building our furniture. A real pleasure to deal with. I thoroughly recommend him if you are looking for a craftsman build.
Years ago we got some wonderful furniture from this company but unfortunately now the son has taken over it has gone down hill. We approached Alex for a custom entertainment unit. Was told a time for Saturday Morning for a measure up. He turned up 2 1/2 hrs late. Clearly our time means nothing to him. Not what I call great customer service. He said he would get us the quote with 24 hrs. 7 days later we received a very very brief quote. With no details of what we were getting. Let’s just say we r going elsewhere now

Has to be one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. It’s a family run business with old-school friendly customer service, attention to detail and quality finishes to match. We needed some bespoke furniture pieces made and we had a tight deadline. Brad, Rita and the team delivered furniture to a superior quality than anything we’d had made before and they got it done before our deadline. Highly recommend.
