Trying to update details, cancel account anything is impossible via their help page or on the phone. They don't follow up, they refuse to give a reference number and they are an incompetent service. Do not use if you are a practitioner. They are also a redundant platform garnering no conversion of clients and still charge a premium.
THERAPISTS BEWARE! My mother has listed on Natural Therapy Pages for probably a decade and in April this year she was diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer, preventing her from working. Natural Therapy Pages are refusing a refund of her 18 month listing fee on the grounds of the cooling off period has past. It's actually disgusting.
Trying to update the listing on Natural therapy pages is such a difficult process. The customer support don't provide the necessary information, its almost like they just provide a canned response and don't actually address the query. If you're a health professional, don't waste your time or money, the return and absence of support isn't worth the fee.
Very informative
I used NTP and paid over $500 for an annual subscription. I have a Counselling business which is a very busy industry. I recieved one single enquiry for the whole 12 months. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
