So disappointed with this shop. I ordered some personalized slippers as a gift. Not only did the shop not respond when I inquired about the item not shipping out on time, they shop did not respond when I informed them that the personalized sticker started coming off the slipper in less than a week of having them. I finally got a response with an apology and the shops desire to correct the situation and send a new pair of slippers. I was looking for a unique goodbye gift for one of my workers. I enjoy the different price points and options. I fou d the gifts on the Etsy shop. It was super easy to navigate and order. The communication from ordering to deliver was top notch and included care options for the succulent. My worker loved the items, I would definitely make another purchase and for just about any occasion. It's a great product.
The worst customer service and a very confusing website for ordering! The seller found on Etsy advertises a MRS. Purse with your custom name. I ordered and received the purse with just the LAST name no Mrs!! The seller claimed I didn’t indicate I wanted Mrs on the purse! Really. Are you kidding me? Why would I order a Mrs purse with only a last name. The sticker was all bubbly quality was terrible. Oh seller said she would send the Mrs sticker for me to out on! The poorest of costumer service. I ordered a sympathy gift box for a coworker. The box has been sitting with USPS since June 2021. I reached out to customer service with Natural Succulents and was told finally they would file the claim with USPS. After not receiving a response I was told USPS denied the claim and therefore they could not refund my money but they would file the appeal.
