Staff is very welcoming and nice and they all have a breadth of knowledge about the products sold. Highly recommend this place for all of your pet's needs
Mark, Jane, and Bri are amazing. You can tell they know and love what they are doing. Very professional and caring. If you need good customer service you have to go there.
I had a pet grooming appointment at another location but they canceled and I was contacted by this location to reschedule so I did. Big mistake. I do not recommend this place to get your dogs groomed. Not only were my dogs not properly groomed. But the groomer called me to twice for our eta time. I’ve had multiple appointments at my other location in Montrose and not once have I ever been hurried.
