Have encountered 3 different staff. All friendly and knowledgeable. They specialize in food. The other items are a bit pricey like leashes, harnesses, clothes. Food was reasonable and lots of variety. You definitely feel like you're giving your animal the best healthy food.
Do not get grooming at this location. I had to take my dog to the vet after grooming. He can not walk. His tail and bottom is severely irritated and inflamed. He had to get an injection and he has to be on medication.
