I know that acupuncture can help relieve pain for some people. I had the opposite experience here. I went in to seek relief for chronic low back pain. Barbara put needles throughout my body, including my right hand. As soon as one of the needles went in, I started experiencing 10/10 pain. I was sobbing, couldn't breathe, couldn't even speak to tell her to take the needle out. She did not adjust the needle or take it out. Her only response was to tell me to breathe.
