I came here for a simple neck and shoulder massage, but they ended up working on my back without asking or getting my consent. When I went to pay, they charged me extra for the additional service I never requested. On top of that, the massage left me with back pain that has lasted for days. This was an uncomfortable and dishonest experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
waste of money asked not to be done with the hot rocks and a whole body and my back that I wanted to be worked on literally rubbed the hot rock up and down then to the side on my shoulders that was it! Didn’t do much on my lower back on top of my shoulders. Waste of $80! I should have not worried as soon as I was looking at the sign the lady was pointing at the whole body 1 hr you do 1 hr, and I thought I may as well as it great last time off the young lady sunny she was amazing, but this was disappointing and didn’t help an... read more
