waste of money asked not to be done with the hot rocks and a whole body and my back that I wanted to be worked on literally rubbed the hot rock up and down then to the side on my shoulders that was it! Thanks for the excellent massage at short notice. Emma was excellent. Really beautiful massage, I felt so much better.
The worst massage I’ve ever had. The lady was so rough and when I was stating it was too hard and I was in pain, she kept going. They also would not take my NIB card, although they advertise that they take health fund cards. They then tried to charge me more than initially quoted.
My daughter has just come home in tears after a massage. The lady was constantly slapping her she told her to stop several times and eventually told her to stop and got up and left. They advised that she would have to pay the full price and she said I don’t care I just want it to stop. She handed over $70 cash and she gave her back the $20 and said it was enough.
