Terrible, unprofessional, rude
First they said they never received our booking but when i showed them the email, they put us both in. Then I’d asked for a relaxing massage as per their website, it was NOT relaxing. THEN they said they would email me the receipt so that’s I can claim thru my private health, this has not happened and now they won’t even answer my calls or emails! Not great service at all!
If I could rate this less than one I would. The massage was OK. However, I was charged through their booking tool and also in person. It's weeks layer and I'm still trying to get the funds back frim them. Will NEVER use again. Be careful people.
Booked online for 3 people and “the booking wasn’t received” so we had to go one at a time. Laid around half naked and uncomfortable for over half of the allotted massage time listening to the person chatting on the phone before I got up and left. Can’t comment on the massage but the system has left me disappointed and more tense than when I walked in.
