I really don’t like providing such bad reviews unless it’s totally warranted as it has an impact on people’s business. But this was so far from massage that I really think it’s fair to warn others. This was the single worst massage we’ve had ever!! My husband has a serious back injury and to aid with pain relief we’ve had massages everywhere we travel. Terrible, unprofessional, rude
First they said they never received our booking but when i showed them the email, they put us both in. Then I’d asked for a relaxing massage as per their website, it was NOT relaxing. THEN they said they would email me the receipt so that’s I can claim thru my private health, this has not happened and now they won’t even answer my calls or emails! Not great service at all!
If I could rate this less than one I would. The massage was OK. However, I was charged through their booking tool and also in person. It's weeks layer and I'm still trying to get the funds back frim them. Will NEVER use again. Be careful people.
