Great atmosphere and fantastic supportive staff. I love coming here because the exercises are always changing and always keeping my body guessing. I've noticed a lot of progress in only a few weeks. I look forward to seeing how much my body can achieve. Thank you!

Boot camp and strong Zumba is great. Need better time slots for people who work till 5:30 pm. $$$$
Jen Grant is absolutely amazing. It took convincing from a co-worker and a good friend to try yoga and I am so glad that I did. I signed up for the Beginner Yoga and Jen took the time to explain the foundation of yoga as well as all the positions and benefits from each.
