Disagree with an earlier poster. I have had no problem purchasing or exchanging gift certificates at Natural High's. Always a seamless and pleasant experience. Their products and services are top notch (especially their essential oils that are the highest quality I've ever come across outside of India). Doug and Carol are great people too, They genuinely care and it shows!
I bought a gift certificate as a gift from Doug. When trying to use it, I ran into nothing but trouble. Many phone calls were made and the few times I was contacted I was promised they would contact me at a later date but failed to do so. They refuse to take responsibility for how unprofessional they handle themselves as Doug talks to you as if sexual discrimination laws don't exist. I have had to go through such a bad experience with them I would recommend going to a better managed and professional group of people.
