I met Helga a month ago for a reflexology session. And let's just say I'm hooked!! Already went back for a second session. Helgas energy is so calming and nurturing, you just feel so blissed out and relaxed in her space. She has the healing touch, my feet feel like I'm floating during and after. The best reflexology I’ve ever had!! I can’t say enough about the beautiful healing space that Helga has created. I always feel so at home and deeply nourished at my sessions…. And deeply relaxed floating home afterwards. Adding on the hand reflexology is an MUST!
