Great customer service. Quickly responded to my problem
Very nice people and explained whats wrong with my ear canal, to where I can understand.
Very pleasant, informative, took the time to explain things to my understanding. They accepted my Cigna/amplifon insurance which made it very affordable. I look forward to continuing to receive my hearing care from Natural Hearing Centers. Update: Just had a follow-up visit and they were very helpful. Explained my test results in an easy to understand way and answered all my questions. They adjusted my hearing-aids to help improve my hearing and were pleasant to talk with. Very pleased!
