Yesterday my hearing aids were not working properly. My husband was kind enough to deliver them to your Hot Springs Village Center. My husband was asked to wait a couple of minutes. Just like that...my hearing aids were repaired and working properly again. My husband expressed how genuine and helpful the staff was. Hot Springs Village Natural Hearing Center is the place to buy or have your hearing aids serviced. Thank Y'all.
Natural Hearing Centers have helped me several times with my hearing aids . They have always been there to help in anyway they could. Thank you for the better hearing.
Staff members took time with me and truly heard my concerns when I went in for evaluation. They are professional, courteous, and friendly folks to work with. The daily difference in tinnitus relief along with hearing enhancement has been incredible. Five stars across the board!
