I went to see Kim today for my first time for a 30-min massage. I experience ongoing back pain and muscle spasms in my back. Although it is too early to tell if the massage has helped yet (as I just left there) I felt like she did an amazing job! I've been to several massage therapists and Kim has been one of the best. Also, I feel like I got a full 30 min of great treatment. I'll be going back to see her!
Always felt rejuvinated after every session. I have been to so many massage places, perhaps about 10 other places before I found this place, and nothing compares to Kim's theraupetic massage. She used soothing techniques that helped me relieved my back pain, and a whole body relaxing massage. I highly recommend Kim, she is the best RMT for me. I've been her customer for the past 3 years, and so far been an amazing experiemce. I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you so much Kim.
Avoid this place at all costs! I had an extremely disappointing experience here. If you're expecting an actual massage, this is not the place for you. The service was unprofessional and lacked any real technique — it felt like a hard rub, not a therapeutic treatment. No communication or clear explanation of what was happening, and it was evident that they were just trying to sneak in hidden fees. my massage theraphist for more than 2 years now, I have an amazing experience everytime
Not happy with the service. What I didn’t like was the fact that she asked for my ID first. then told me she wanted to put through the charge BEFORE I had the massage and took my phone from my hand and questioned me on the details of my insurance. I got the feeling that she didn’t trust me or felt like I was committing fraud I’ve never experienced that before and even if this has happened to her before she shouldn’t judge every person that looks like me or is in my age group.
