Completely ignorant and disrespectful business model. They schedule your appointment for an hour before you’ll actually be seen. For my first appointment I wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked in. After 45 minutes I asked if this was normal to which I was informed my expectation should be that I’ll be waiting an hour. Why even bother with an appointment then? I walked out. What a waste of time.
The best treatment in town. I have been seeing Doctor Gina for over twenty five years and she is the best and her staff provides Service of excellence to all.
Went for 12 weeks (2x week) hoping they would get better at scheduling and it’s an hour wait every single time just to begin treatment. It’s simple math you don’t schedule more appointments than you have beds yet they do every day which then causes your treatment time to be cut short because they haven’t planned appropriately. They tell you to tell them if you have to leave at a certain time and even then it doesn’t matter because they’re so overbooked.
