Alex is one of the kindest, communicative, and respectful practitioners I have encountered. He seriously has done wonders for my body! Highly recommended for any time you need a nervous system reset.
Alex message and acupuncture have been super helpful for me to recover from all for the tightness and discomfort from my intense physical work load as professional dancer. He is a really passionate and dedicated person, and has been doing all of the incredible study on Chinese medicine and doing his own Tai Chi practice for a long time, I always feel peaceful and inspired after each section with him!
I have been seeing Alex for acupuncture & tuina throughout the recovery of a dance/circus performance injury this Fall. Alex is very empathetic and in tune with the body's energy channels. I'm especially grateful for the depth of pressure and clear understanding of what each body/session is calling for. I would be much further behind in my healing process without his wonderful support and would highly recommend him!
