Absolutely fantastic, the classes are brilliant, the quality of the instructors is top notch. Having worked in the fitness industry I have very high expectations and they have met every one.
I’m quite new to the gym, and have enjoyed some of the facilities, sadly some of the classes are always busy but when you are around you see there a lot of ‘no-shows’, however, when you finally manage to get into a class it is usually very enjoyable. Now the cleaning needs A LOT more attention, the ladies bathroom is really poorly cleaned, at all times! Shame the spa is never working properly. Sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi are not hot enough, there’s always a problem going on. Honestly I think this gym is a waste of money. You pay a lot for a poor service. The Café is another problem, it’s the same staff who does the classes, clean the gym and attend the bar, most of them don’t know how to do the job properly. Really needs an improvement.
Book this hotel at your Peril!I was a member at the health club for close to 2 years. Recently, as I was leaving the club I passed through the electronically controlled gate, only to find it closed back on me jamming my right knee in the heavy glass barriers. I let out an agonising yell only to be told that I had passed through the gate too quickly!
