My mom had a very disappointing experience with this medical spa. She joined for weight loss support, but when she started experiencing pain in her side and reported it to the clinic, it was never addressed or followed up on. She was told a nutritionist would reach out to her, but when she finally connected with her, she was rude and dismissive.
