Friendly, efficient service over the phone! They were great in getting me a wierd part that no one else in Canada had in stock, and prompt about shipping. Thank you very much from the West Coast!
Online purchaser here. My order was promptly shipped and exactly what I wanted from a Canadian shop. Where most vendors were out of stock in what I needed, Natural Cycle works had it in stock in the size I needed ( Surly SS chainring).
