In and out in less than 10 mins. I work downtown and this place is a gem to have. I bought a quick link for my single speed and a bungee cord net.
I just bought my third bike from Natural Cycle and as usual I had the best experience. All of the staff are so nice and extremely patient. I wasn’t expecting to buy a bike at my visit to the store but sometimes these things happen.😅 I went back to get the little rack of my dreams and help with putting on some new pedals. I’m so happy and I appreciate all the hard work the staff do to make so many bicycle dreams come true.
DO NOT bring your bike into these guys. We brought two bikes in, one vintage expensive bike and they completely botched it, with them also knowing it has sentimental value to my partner as it was her grandfathers. First test drive out and the brakes broke off, which is straight up dangerous and putting someone at risk. Instead of offering a full refund they want us to bring the bikes back into them, which is ridiculous.
