5 stars I really enjoyed my shoulder and foot massage today.the team are very experienced,well trained and give excellent friendly customer service, the best massage in Brisbane city..I feel amazing.
Overall an average experience. Quite a bit of noise coming from the mall. The clean up afterwards seemed quite rushed and not done properly. Really painful when the masseuse was massaging with just the towel. Should have just continued with the oil as requested initially.
I have been a loyal fan of Susan for many years. She is an elite in the industry and many customers make appointments with her. I go there for a full body massage every week. She has brought me physical and mental health.
Pathetic, WORST PLACE, Susan was the persons name. All she did was keep talking to others during the entire massage and kept hitting my head hard and with full grip after multiple times mentioning to be soft Nd delicate. She pressed a nerve on my neck so bad that it is now giving me headache and terrible pain. And she has no experience with being polite to customers. She laughed at me loudly for my card declining and in the middle of my massage she walked out on me to handle some other customer with nkt giving me any notice ... read more
