I can highly recommend Julie's Natural Bodywork. She is well experienced in the mechanics of the body. I came out of her session feeling aligned, balanced, clear headed and can deeply feel the healing from what she has on worked on to give an overall satisfaction of wellbeing. I also purchased The Occiput Mechanic(TOM) a great daily head drain and compliment to the Natural Bodywork I recieve. Lots of Love to you Julie xxx
I have been meaning to review this since I received it as a gift. Reminded today when I needed relief and everything was closed! (NYD)I’m a hairdresser and the Occiput is an absolute lifesaver. Back neck and shoulder tension is a constant problem in my line of work. Today the headache was coming on and within 5minutes I gained relief from lying on it. The design of this device is imbued with a vast and intricate knowledge of physiological health and wellbeing. It releases pressure and built up tension in the head, neck and shoulders. It works twofold for me; both to realign physically, (acting as a release of built-up physical tension) and as a preventative to further physical tension. Daily use places this product as a 'must-have' curative/preventative part of wellbeing practice. Thankyou Julie for your expert wisdom.
The The Occiput Mechanic is amazing. A quick 5 minutes in the morning before I start work then a relaxing 15 minutes in the evening to unwind after a busy day. I have so much more movement in my neck. Watch the instructions video, build up to the required time if it's to much in the beginning. Don't give up, leave it out where you see it, mine is in the middle of loungeroom floor. I recently took it overseas with me, it packs easily as it comes apart. Julie is an absolute game changer. She is a gift from the heavens, repairing my chronic neck issues that have plagued me for the last 18 years.
