Julie is an absolute game changer. She is a gift from the heavens, repairing my chronic neck issues that have plagued me for the last 18 years. The The Occiput Mechanic is amazing. A quick 5 minutes in the morning before I start work then a relaxing 15 minutes in the evening to unwind after a busy day. I have so much more movement in my neck. Watch the instructions video, build up to the required time if it's to much in the beginning. Don't give up, leave it out where you see it, mine is in the middle of loungeroom floor. I recently took it overseas with me, it packs easily as it comes apart. Had my first session today with Julie and all I can say is WOW! Suffering from pain my entire life and being an endometriosis suffer nothing ever seemed to work. After one session I feel like a new person. Julie explained everything and was so lovely. Highly recommended
