They’ve cancelled my appointment the same day. I got an email it was canceled with no reason at all so I called the office to confirm because it could just be a glitch. Receptionist said there was no note why it was canceled and didn’t even offer to rebook it. Very unprofessional. I’ve already arranged childcare just to attend my appointment and then they will cancel it the same day. Not the first time they did it.
I received a phone call at 5am on my cell Monday morning to cancel a massage scheduled for 9am the same day -cancelled within 4 hours of my scheduled appointment. If a patient cancels within 24 hours of an appointment we are still charged the full cost of the treatment. There is nothing holding practitioners accountable to their clients.
Kiana lee is the best, my partner and me ,going to her almost year now , does her job professionally,never had any disappointment. for sure .we will be going to see her in future
