I enjoyed my day there. Great facial with a mani and Pedi. I was nervous based on reviews but I had a wonderful time.
I've been here once myself with my girl friend and another time she went with her and her girl friends. We never had any issue and both of us had enjoyed both visits. We also bought gift cards and didn't have an issue. We were recently at another spa and both agreed we would go back to Natura before going back to the other. Bad experiences can happen, but I've had two good experiences at Natura so far. Also, you normally get 12 months to use a gift card, I feel that is more than enough time for one to redeem it. My boyfriend purchased both his mother and I gift certificates for Christmas /14. They state no expiration on them. I had a work place injury which left me unable to get around for close to a year. I was also diagnosed with M.S. which has been an ongoing battle. I am finally in a place that I am able to go and treat myself to a day at the spa.
