When i signed up for the service, it was not clear to me that I was paying monthly for a quarterly service. When I called to schedule my service- I was then set straight by the person who answered the phone. Quarterly. Only on call if pests persist. Front-end sales was kind and eager to help. Reception hung up on me. They have an initial visit fee then monthly for the quarterly visit. Which makes me wonder if I have only 3 more visits making the service even more expensive. My technician, Zack, initially came out to remove a tent caterpillar nest in my tree. After discussion, we decided against removal since the tree was not at risk. Zack had high integrity and recommended a solution that made the most sense. I highly recommend Zack and Natura Pest Control.
Mark came to my house this morning to save me from the spiders! He was on time, knowledgable and friendly. He was able to answer any questions I had and I'm confident that the work he did today will have a huge impact on my spider problem. Kyson was here today and did a great job. He was on time, personable and knowledgeable. We had an issue with ants breaching our polymeric sand and he had a solution and recommendation for what to try first. We've been very happy with Natura and Kyson provided excellent service!
