I've recently discovered this company and am very happy with my choice. I appreciate their quick response time as to callbacks and scheduling services. I highly recommend joining their monthly maintenance plan. Their initial visit was to treat a ground nest of bald face hornets (aggressive). Our technician, Jack, was very professional and efficient. He explained his findings and I appreciated the detailed recommendations for the service completion. This was our first service with Natura and was pleased with the inspection.
All of the technicians have been knowledgeable, efficient and kind. It's always a pleasure visiting with them.
Natura Pest Control came out to help us with an ant problem. They tracked down the source and were very informant about where the ants were originating from, which was quite a distance from the house. They did a great job and we would highly recommend them.
