My entire experience with them has been wonderful from start to finish. Beginning with Kate or Kaitlyn over the phone who educated me about what might work best for me. She also offered me a bit of a discount too. For my appointment Anthony came and took care of my ant problem. He was so kind to my animals and made me feel super comfortable to ask any questions. I even asked if I can request him specifically in the future and he said I could. Thank you all for your hard work!
the tech was very friendly and respectful of the grounds. I have been using Natura for over a year now and am so pleased with the results. I have a near zero pest and rodent population. Reasonable terms and cost for a service well done.
