Worst place to do business. Furniture is cheap, but you will never get it. They promise a delivery date, something happens, promise another one..they are nothing but common thieves and lie quite easily. You will wait months upon months to get your furniture, if you even get it. It is un believable that someone could act this way and still stay in business and sleep at night after stealing from people

Such a run around!!! – Well, we went there on November 27th and ordered a set of bunkbeds for our girls. The lady at the desk was very nice and informative, and I don't blame her for this mix up. Whoever is in charge needs to do a better job at making sure the customers are told the correct information, and ensure they get some phone calls to update them on their order. She said the bunk beds would be in within a week or a week and half TOPS. I waited like 2 weeks (because I didn't want to be a hound)...and I called them sin... read more

LIES – My boyfriend bought a bed, dresser, and futon from Nat's in October. They delivered the wrong futon mattress without the frame and said that the frame was out of stock. We just got the frame in MARCH! It took them another 3 weeks to deliver the right size mattress but instead of the 10 inch one we paid for, this new one is only 8 inches thick. QUALITY SERVICE, QUALITY FURNITURE FINALLY!!! – BEFORE I WAS EVEN IN THE DOOR I WAS GREETED BY NOT ONE BUT 2 EMPLOYEES WILLING TO HELP ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED TO FIND. THE BEST PART WAS I DID NOT GET THAT "PRESSURE BUY BUY BUY FEELING" WHICH I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE!! ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED. I SAW WHAT I WANTED FOR A PRETTY GOOD PRICE. bad customer service – I went into this place thinking im going to get a good bargain and since it's local even better..... i was having an event and needed my new dining room table and was promised delievery for a tuesday but that didn't end up happening i wen down there and they were giving me the run around and i was very upset and they promised me first thing monday which wasn't going to do anything for the situation thinking i was gonna get it monday i was disappointed and i have many doubts about this place
