Had such an amazing experience at Native Roots! Nic was absolutely incredible he was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. I had a million questions and he answered every single one without ever making me feel stupid or rushed 😂 He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything so I could actually understand my options. Seriously some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Nic was awesome and definitely deserves the recognition! I’ll absolutely be back!
