Just took all my business from Scheels to Mark and his Team because of their knowledge and willingness to help. Not that Scheels was bad, Native is just infinitely better. Although I recently made the change, I already feel like family as opposed to a customer every time I walk in. And this is a huge one!!!! They don't make me feel dumb when I absolutely DO NOT know what I am talking about. I feel completely comfortable in saying, "I don't know" and that is worth the switch alone.
