I can't say enough awesome things about Native Ken. Christos is phenomenally helpful and provides some of the best customer service I've seen anywhere. I've (very annoyingly) had several times where I've needed last minute exchanges, shipping, etc and he's been super helpful in making sure I got the glasses by going above and beyond to make it happen. I had a negative experience with Native Ken. Online frame selection seemed great. I found a pair of frames that were sold out everywhere, and I was very excited. I emailed NK to make sure they had the frames in stock. They intially replied with a no. Five minutes later, they replied saying they had found a pair. I was excited. The next bit is a mess, so I will lay it out as a timeline for clarity. Best shop in town. Always a fresh selection and super helpful team. Really cool unique/boutique shop, highly highly recommended. I recently needed a last minute gift. Not only was Chris and the team able to pick the perfect pair for me from a distance, but they were able to have it messengered over within hours. Problem solved, impressive experience.
