I needed to transport my car from South Carolina to San Diego and after all the countless emails and calls I found NTS LLC. Nelson was such a great help throughout this process. He was very patient and explained everything to me. Will definitely keep them in mind whenever I need to transport my car again. Your Broker just blew up a RGN load in Portland Oregon that offered 3700 to the truck, 4500 to me over the wrong permit!.... broker wanted driver to avoid scales he told me. Not sure I'd use this company. Then the broker offered to send me the truck company owners number to help our nonprofit, but didn't follow thru.
I wouldn't work with this place if you want them to respect you or your property. This place called me twice today. First time the convo ended when I politely told them I has no clue why they were contacting me. 30 minutes later when they called me again, I reminded them of what I said the first time they called. Instead of just acknowledging there mistake and hanging up, this guy choose to try to belittle me by cursing me out before hanging up the phone.
