I had a great experience with Mukal, the truck towing driver. He safely delivered the car to my workshop with excellent skill and professionalism. His handling of the vehicle was careful and precise, and everything was done smoothly without any issues. Mukal is a very polite and reliable person, and his work clearly shows his experience and dedication. I really appreciate his good manners and the way he managed the entire process. Highly recommended for anyone needing a trustworthy towing driver.
Do not book this company they have absolutely no respect or care for you. You are nothing to them. I am currently stuck on the freeway with trucks and cars zooming around me. I have rang the RACV and they have told me they have arranged this towing company to come and collect me. I was called at 4.05pm by the company and told I would have e an hours wait. It’s now one hour. It’s the time the tow truck should be here and he has just rung me and said he will be at least an hour. So that’s an extra hours wait. I rang the compan... read more
