I pulled over in Sydney Rd Coburg in front of the Chemist Warehouse to pick up a cold medicine as i was sick like a dog. I was at the chemist for 5 minutes and the guy from the impound was towing another car and looked at me and said nothing.. he proceeded towing my car as well and left me stranded with high fever on the road. Absolutely the worst towing company and customer service experience I have ever had. My car was towed from Eureka Tower to the Collingwood depot. When I collected it, I found the front of my vehicle had been severely damaged and it was unsafe to drive. I spent around four hours trying to get assistance, but nobody was willing to help. I was simply told to organise my own tow truck, pay for it myself, and wait while Nationwide decided whether they were responsible.
