Horrible service.
I rang to arrange to have a car towed from a Hotrel Car Park. The operator was impatient unhelpful and did not even wait till i had finishged my attempt to explain the situation before she hung up on me. I was at all times polite. Utterly rude disrespectful and unhelful. Should have thier licence cancelled
Absolutely the worst towing company and customer service experience I have ever had. My car was towed from Eureka Tower to the Collingwood depot. When I collected it, I found the front of my vehicle had been severely damaged and it was unsafe to drive. I spent around four hours trying to get assistance, but nobody was willing to help. I was simply told to organise my own tow truck, pay for it myself, and wait while Nationwide decided whether they were responsible.
