I rang to arrange to have a car towed from a Hotrel Car Park. The operator was impatient unhelpful and did not even wait till i had finishged my attempt to explain the situation before she hung up on me. I was at all times polite. Utterly rude disrespectful and unhelful. Should have thier licence cancelled
Absolutely the worst towing company and customer service experience I have ever had. My car was towed from Eureka Tower to the Collingwood depot. When I collected it, I found the front of my vehicle had been severely damaged and it was unsafe to drive. I spent around four hours trying to get assistance, but nobody was willing to help. I was simply told to organise my own tow truck, pay for it myself, and wait while Nationwide decided whether they were responsible. Almost got my car towed but got there in time, Kevin was super kind and kept calmed while I was freaking out. Good bloke, could have been a lot worse. Gave me options for releasing my car or picking it up from Collingwood impound.
