This is what happens when a company Corporate Culture is all about profit and not aligned with humanistic principles. Our Wedding car broke down - called RACV who arranged a tow with this pathetic selfish company. Told 1 hour, then 90 minutes, 3 hours later just called and said they are 35 minutes away. Totally stuffed out wedding - we had a mechanic on standby at his premises, trusted there false promises (where if we knew more than 3 hours, we would have found an alternative!). Horrific customer service. Deliberately misleading and giving the run around to accrue storage fees. Gobsmacked to think that absolutely no assistance is offered to work out releasing a car.
Stuck in the freeway for at least 4hours to wait the tow car. Told them I was on the freeway and the middle of no where and would like the ETA of the tow car. Every-time tells me another hour and the staff was so rude. I told them my phone is getting flat and they said when the driver come, they will call me but possible an hour later. What a joke!!! How can I answer the phone when my phone is flat?
