I paid them $301 for their service. 2 days later I settled with IRS personally. I contacted them the following day. I talked to Kimberly and Rebecca told them both I would like to have my money refunded,and explained that I paid it. It has been three weeks and I still have not seen my refund. Not PLEASED AT ALL with their services.
These are real thieves. Don't be fooled, don't use their services, they will steal your money.

I have spoke with Nicole Cruze, Jessica Banderas, John Guzman Joanna Vazquez, and support center. The company took our money to help with our tax’s issue. Tried calling and sending emails since March 2024. Set up a withdraw schedule in February with a down payment of $121.17 each week out of our account from February 2024 until August when I spoke to Joanna in August about us filing bankruptcy. She said in email nationwide will no longer help because of the bankruptcy, but will talk to her manager to issue a refund. Sent man... read more
I pay my own taxes, property, personal and business. I keep receiving these letters suggesting that I need help at a cost. My numerous phone calls to them won't stop the letters. There is no return address on their letters like they do not want anyone to know their whereabouts. This is a scam organization. Their letter says there're A+ rated, this sight says B+. I sent them money to take care of my state taxes that was delinquent and they took my money and never took care of the taxes and when I asked for a refund they claimed they refunded my money and never did then they stopped answering the phone this place is nothing but a scam

Since I'm an international student and don't understand taxes, filing my tax returns was confusing. I'm glad I hired Nationwide as they made my tax returns better. Very rapid turnaround and incredibly educated about nonresident tax rules. They also helped me with my Federal tax debt which was placed in the not collectible program.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They had my matter since January and I was told they were in contact with the IRS. In May I got a notification that my matter had gone to collections. I let Daniel know. He told me he put in a request for $100 a month payment. In May a hold was put on my bank account. I then could never get a call back and I called them at least once or twice a week. And as of today the IRS took the entire amount out of my bank account.
