Completing my tax returns was easy from start to finish. They were quick to reply to my questions and provided clear information. They consistently followed up and kept me updated. A professional service that I would highly recommend.
This place is a joke, paid them to help us with Fed and State income tax debt, took our money guaranteed us 100% that they would be able to get our debt reduced and we still keep getting letters from the IRS not talking about taking our property because of the debt owed. I received a letter from the **** of Kansas stating that my wages will be garnished. I started this process with Nationwide in August of 2024 and I received the garnishment notice in December 2024. I sent TWO emails regarding a refund since services were not provided and now my wages will be garnished. I kept receiving multiple emails about submitting paperwork that I had already submitted. I received a letter in the mail from this company regarding tax debt. I spoke with a lady and told her I would rather work with the state on this matter. I then received a call from a very rude guy who kept insisting they could help and it wasn't a scam. I hung up and he called back 7 additional times from two different numbers. If I could give zero stars I would. They used to be a good company but not anymore. Do not use them to do your taxes! ****** ****** does not know what he is doing and he will get you in trouble with the **** Also, he will lie to you and then make himself unavailable so that you cant find out what hes done. He doesnt return phone calls or respond to emails. I have received numerous letters from the *** this year for various reasons because of ****** ****** and his incompetence.
