They aren't upfront about how much their services cost and how much your insurance will cover. When you ask for help they repeat the same 2 or 3 suggestions, and if those don't work for you oh well! They're clueless.
This company is a big scam. They control your cpap rental, and years later, still have them harassing me, when you pay your fee per month for less than a year. They made mistakes and will not stop calling me, yet when I speak with them, they realize they have made a mistake but won't fix it. Their supervisors are all out, except one who answers with an attitude because she has covid and is working.
