We have had the pleasure of working with Lori many times - great communication and amazing service every single time. The drivers are always courteous and keep us updated as to the approximate arrival time. Nationwide is our first call everytime!
I am a current driver, and new to trucking. Lori, Jim, and other staff have been wonderful to work with as they are always there to help & teach me things I need to know along the way.
Had a safety issue where one of their drivers attempted to run my vehicle off the road and they haven't addressed the concern so far in 2 full days, have no tried to get in contact with me and the person answering the phone was annoyed there was a call made regarding the issue Edit. Ah yes the invisible wall after tailgating us less than 6 feet away not even headlights were visible. He went to pass and changed lanes while beside us.
