DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. My boyfriend called thinking he was calling the IRS. They told him they could help him fix his account with IRS. They lied to him and filed a tax return. Taking $1,300. They lied on everything, We asked to speak to a manager and he told us it wasn’t his problem. This company doesn’t even deserve one star, Currently in the process of trying to contact the IRS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!
I filed my taxes and got my money back they do charge but not like any other company. I got my return within 2 weeks of filing and my ol man just filed his too
Wanted AGI and never mentioned fees. Scammed 1200.00 off a simple return. The supposed manager was a dirt ball when trying to talk to him. Don't walk from these people run as fast as you can. Totally crooks and don't know why they are not behind bars.
Scam, do not contact or use. I was scammed. Tried calling from the IRS website and was redirected to these people, and I was too foolish to recognize my error.
